Located between Oadby & Wigston is Oval Park, the training ground for The Leicester Tigers. The ground is situated accross the road from Topps Park, the home of Oadby Town Football Club. It is not a stadium as such but is one of the best Rugby training facilities in England and the World. It compromisies of two training fields and an indoor complex situated on the Oadby industrial estate.

The nearest pub to the training ground is the Old Library situated on the Parade in Oadby Village, but The Star & Garter in Wigston Town is close by, and you may even see some of the players enjoying a pint there.

From M Ways Southbound M1 � Turn left Northbound M1 � Turn right M69 � Straight over. Continue in left hand lane and join the slip road beneath the underpass directed to the A563 Pass the Hilton Hotel on your right Turn left at roundabout onto the A563 Follow the A563 and go straight ahead at traffic lights onto Glenhills Way Go straight ahead at next roundabout onto Atlee Way Continue over the next roundabout onto Asquith Way At second set of traffic lights turn right onto Welford Road (A5199) Pass Stage Hotel on your left Turn left at McDonalds roundabout onto Oadby Road Oval Park is one mile on your left From Welford Road Exit the car park and follow one-way system round to the right past Welford Road stadium (A5199) Keep in the middle lane signposted to Wigston Go straight ahead passing Ford Garage on your left Continue along A5199 through all sets of traffic lights Pass Stage Hotel on your left Turn left at McDonalds roundabout onto Oadby Road Oval Park is one mile on your left
