ROAD:Exit M25 at junction 30 and take the A13 toSouthend.Then take the A130 to Canvey Island.Follow signs for the town centre and follow the one way system passing the old bus station.After about a mile Park Lane is signposted to the right.
TRAIN:Benfleet Station is two miles from the stadium, take the number 22 or 27 bus and ask for the first stop after the Admiral Jellicoe pub.
