St Julians Road is the home of Omagh Town a soccer team founded in August 1962.The stadium was built in the county town of County Tyrone, Omagh, 35 km (22 miles) northeast of Enniskillen.Omagh is located where the rivers Carnowen and Drumragh come together to form the River Strule.The stadium is sited on the old Omagh rubbish tip, which was leased by the club in 1987.The land was developed and was inaugurated in 1990.The stadium has a natural grass pitch, with a capacity of 5,000 with 30 VIP seats, 250 covered seats, 3,220 covered standing places, and 1,500 uncovered standing places.
