Atlanta Fulton County Stadium was a former baseball and football stadium, and was located in the city of Atlanta.The stadium was the home of the Atlanta Braves and the Atlanta Falcons.The stadium was opened on April 12, 1966 and was closed down on October 24, 1996.The stadium was demolished on August 2, 1997, and is now covered by a parking lot for the Turner Field stadium.
